Construction is now complete at 4250 Beltline, marking another successful office-to-industrial redevelopment in the DFW market.

Located adjacent to the DFW Airport, the project has transformed a former office site into a new 118,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility. This milestone reflects our continued office-to-industrial redevelopment strategy, creating modern industrial space in one of the region's most active industrial corridors.

Tampa Construction Update! All five buildings are now standing at Two Palms as construction continues across the site.

The project will deliver 262K SF of shallow-bay industrial space designed to support local businesses and growing companies seeking infill locations with access to I-4 and I-75.
