• 📝 Inspections day! My out-of-state referral clients are officially under contract.
• ✈️ They flew in for a quick relocation trip and fell in love with Clermont.
• 🌊 The lake views + relaxed vibe sealed the deal.
• 🏡 We’re closing this month on a stunning pool home that overlooks the water.
