Hi,
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to let you all know that I had the most amazing experience with Beth S. as my auto advisor. She made the process so painless for me. She very quickly found me a car that met all of my specifications, and she was able to get me in and out the door at the dealership in record time. She is sweet, knowledgeable, caring, funny, and an overall delight to be around. This was my first time in the car market in many years, and it was the first time I went car shopping without my dad present, and yet I felt so safe and comfortable in her capable hands. I didn't have to worry about negotiating because she handled it all for me. I would definitely work with her again. I can't recommend her enough.

We've had literally hundreds, if not thousands, of emails from happy members, and yet this one started off really horribly. And then, well, it took a turn. Enjoy! (By the way, Beth is not our only Advisor. She just has a huge fan club!)

Gentlemen, Good Afternoon:

I’m writing you because I have a bone to pick with Beth S.

This past weekend, I accompanied my daughter as she bought her first car. While she’s had 2 previous cars, she’s been blissfully shielded from the car buying experience. This time, I wanted her to be fully involved. I prepared her for a full Saturday of angst, sales tactics, finance shenanigans, and general misery. Do you know Beth had the nerve to make a liar out of me?

We arrived at the dealership (Courtesy Nissan), and Beth was already there. It is clear that she maintains great relationships with the team at Courtesy. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She was an invaluable resource and definitely put our minds at ease. In fact, I cannot imagine going through MY next car purchase without her! So, sorry no retirement for Beth, and please run all her vacation time by me first.😀
