Guilt and shame are HEAVY.
Yet we carry it around like a badge of honor. Constantly beating ourselves up about the things we can’t control. Our past experiences or the doubt to what the future may bring.
What would your life look and feel like if you no longer carried that weight?

I saw this quote this morning and wanted to give a shout out to everyone who has had one of those weeks! You are not alone!
Remember the arrow won’t propel its way toward the target by itself!
You are the archer in your life! You can make great things happen by taking the first step and pulling back your bow! Sometimes you will miss the target, so just reach back in your quiver and aim again!
