Friends, I just wanted to share the self-care situation here today…in hopes I can inspire you with my ways. I’ve been hit by profound exhaustion. I’m too tired to get out of bed, so I’ve ordered my lunch to be delivered to me. Better still, I am planning on receiving said lunch through my open bedroom window so I don’t need to leave my bed…(my bedroom window is on the ground floor, near my front door anyway…it’s not the third floor, I’m not that unkind) 😂 xx
