Leaders are everywhere ! Team Leader chose a leader they would follow from the Hunger Games !
“Katniss is a leader I would follow, she leads by example. She protects the people she loves. She stands up when it would be easier to stay silent. She risks everything, even when she’s scared. That kind of courage hits different.
In The Hunger Games, she becomes the Mockingjay not because she asked to, but because people needed hope. And sometimes the strongest leaders are the ones who never wanted the spotlight in the first place.
She’s not perfect. She’s not political. She’s not polished.
But she’s real. And that’s why people follow her.“

Happy Birthday to our coach Natalie Brewster (.lynne.brewster) ! 🥳 Natalie is the heart and soul of this program. She loves her people and is in their corner no matter what. She is passionate about everything she does, the program, being a mom, education, and teaching others. She is an amazing leader that we all learn from every day by how supportive, kind, strong, honest, and real she is. She is 100% herself and shows that we can accomplish everything we want to and more. We love Natalie so much ! Everyone wish her a happy birthday ❤️

Another Wednesday, another leader you would follow 🫡
We want to hear about leaders YOU would follow !! DM us a leader and why you would follow them to be featured on our page đź‘€
This week’s leader is Kellie Gerardi chosen by team leader Emeree Flynn.
“Kellie Gerardi is a leader I’d want to follow because she is both amazingly impressive and genuinely real. She is the 90th woman to go to space and is a passionate mother. She was and still is a very strong and educated woman. She also takes the time to explain her work through books she wrote. Some were made for kids and others for adults. I really respect how she stands as an inspiration model for younger girls, paving the way for the ones who wish to pursue male dominated workspaces. She is open about her parenting journey as a mom and how she navigates her career along with it. This is very affirming to those who want a career and family life. The way she lives out her feminist values makes her leadership feel worth following.”
