Meet Michael Hancock, an experienced creative and marketing director with over 28 years of experience. He received his BA in Design from Brigham Young University and has managed creative for numerous regional, national, and even international clients.

Michael will be teaching a session at our upcoming Customer Experience Summit where he'll be sharing techniques and insights that have helped level-up companies in a wide range of industries and stages of growth.

In his session, "The Six21 Studio Marketing Method", Michael's marketing philosophy of providing crisp, modern designs with thoughtful, impactful messaging will be shared with participants. You'll learn about aesthetics and common branding mistakes that new businesses make, client relationships, website goals, and SEO/SEM.

When he's not working on creative and marketing projects, Michael is passionate about health and fitness, having completed 3 half Ironmans. He's also a father of 2 and grandfather of 1 and enjoys exercise, camping, hiking, mountain biking, traveling, attending concerts, and restoring vintage cars.
