Session 2: Its all about support! 💪The feet and ankles are the reliable base by which the body can relate to the horizontal plane of the earth. Session 2 focuses on feet, ankles, calves, & knees. This session gives a new meaning to the saying “building from the ground up.” 🏙

This session is powerful for those who are on their feet all day, plantar fasciitis, and collapsed arches! 👣

RolfingⓇ takes a holistic view on the body—meaning it views it as whole. If someone is well aligned, when they walk, one can see contralateral movement from their foot to their head.

Due to injury, overuse, or stiffness, this contralateral movement can be stopped in one place or another. One very common area being-the lower back.

RolfingⓇ can fix lower back pain for good and get you back to moving at your full potential!
