Whether you’re heading to the beach, a BBQ, or out of town, a little preparation can go a long way toward a safer trip for everyone.

Crews are expected to perform paving work along the project corridor, which will require closing the southbound I-5 to southbound SR-55 connector and southbound McFadden Avenue off-ramp from 9 p.m., Wednesday, May 20 to 5 a.m., Thursday, May 21.

Enjoy an afternoon of live music at Jazz in the Palm Court on Sunday, May 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Great Park Palm Court Arts Complex. This free community concert features a rich mix of jazz styles showcasing the genre’s wide musical range.

Bring a folding chair or blanket, relax in the Palm Court, and soak in a laid-back afternoon of great music and community vibes.

Crews are expected to reconstruct the southbound SR-55 Dyer Road straight off-ramp, which will require an extended closure of the ramp. The off-ramp is expected to close as soon as 9 p.m., Tuesday, May 12 and reopen to motorists by 9 p.m., Friday, May 22.

This work may be loud. The schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or unforeseen operational issues.
