We will start your call by greeting you, identifying your chief complaint and then completing our intake which usually takes about 10-15 minutes. After intake is completed we will review your concerns with you, make sure we understand your goals and set a follow up call within 1-3 business days. After the call, your care coordinator will collaborate with specialists in our office to form a care plan and then note their recommendations in your file so that we can share them with you later.
