Dead Cell Milsim

IPA (I Play Airsoft) a milsim oriented coallition that wecomed us with open arms. From there, we have been fortunate enough to play with some of the most exclusive milsim teams in SoCal and have been invited to events in Chile, Bolivia, Croatia and Germany. We strive to aford the airfair but are extreamly excited to attend Op. What makes all great milsim teams work are some basic principals that can be found amongst us all:

Teamwork-
on and off the field we work togeather to plan events, manage problems- both internal and external no matter what comes up, its not about whos right, rather whats right. We work togeather to accomplish a commen goal to exceed expectation without hesitation. Brotherhood-
Our team is family. We share food, gear, problems with our kids, wives and parents. When you eat s**t, sleep, sweat and bleed with people long enough, you find that you will do anything for them. This can all be seen on the field and it is the primary reason we have grown so much in so little time. Honor-
Some scoff at the idea that honor is achiveable in airsoft or milsim. It is in fact the foundation that developed princapals that we all follow, no matter who you are, today. Its expected that you call your hits and step out togeather if there is a dispute. Honer is one of the most difficult attributes, as a team, to maintain. Every time you play in public, it is at stake, even off the field, you can easily make a decision that may affect your team. To maintain this type of integrity while others scoff at the idea is one of the greatest challenges our Sport faces. Our suggestion, Be Positive and remember that the only person responsable for your airsoft/milsim expirance is you. Our Mission is to grow the Sport of Milsim Airsoft in a way that reflects the ideals above while maintaining a consistent per suite to excel in all that we do. We welcome any team or person to join us in this venture and are proud to have 777 and Karma along our side
