Customer Service / Embroidery Associate

Full Time Position

Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Must be able to Multi-Task and “Float” between positions.

We are looking for a professional candidate to deliver top-notch customer service, ability to multitask, fulfill front desk duties, and learn/operate multi-head embroidery machine.

As a full-time Customer Service / Embroidery Associate, you will engage in customer service activities including greeting guests, assisting walk-in customers, answering and managing the phones, filing, data entry, checking emails, fulfilling front desk duties, and operating a multi-head embroidery machine as needed.

Must be reliable, on time, and willing to learn new things. Pay will be based on years of experience and demonstrated knowledge.

We have some amazing news regarding the shirts! I talked to David Jones with Gopher Industrial yesterday and he is going to help sponsor the shirts! We are going to be using a locally owned business, Dominion Forms Inc. and we couldn’t be happier. He is also going to help us get some more potential sponsors to get the best quality shirts for the lowest possible price. We also have Texas Snostorms on board!
