In fact, he can trace his family roots in Orange back to the 1890's! Dan attended Immanuel Lutheran School in Orange from Kindergarten through the 8th grade and graduated from Orange Lutheran High School in 1977.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton in 1985. His concentration was in finance with an emphasis on real estate. He immediately embarked on his career of residential real estate brokerage at Orange Realty, Inc.

On Wednesday, I had the honor of being Principal for the Day at Palmyra Gate Magnet Elementary.

At Saturday’s monthly Santiago Creek cleanup, I ran into Dr Sam Stein, who heads up Chapman University’s Environmental Science and Policy Program.
He is monitoring native and invasive plant species. New to Southern California, he was admiring what an incredible resource this open space is to Orange! 🍊
