It’s another major milestone for the OC Streetcar! ⚡ For the first time, OCTA is conducting energized testing along the streets of Downtown Santa Ana. Remember that the overhead wires that power the streetcar should always be treated like any other power line. Please keep yourself — and objects such as drones, balloons, kites, ladders and antennas — at least 10 feet away. Energized testing is an important part of the testing process, and we’re excited to reach this milestone while continuing to prioritize safety every step of the way.
