MVP Youth Performance Training
I am excited to introduce MVP Youth Performance Training, a multi-sport fitness & training combine that helps kids have fun and get more athletic for any sport!
The combine will follow collegiate level combine stations scaled safely to youth aged kids that will include agility drills, speed drills, body exercises, conditioning, and sports specific movements.
The goal of MVP training is for kids to have FUN, improve their athleticism, build confidence, improve sports biomechanics, build friendships and be great teammates! The fundamental drills and discipline learned through the combine will teach our players to be better student athletes, while building upon character and sportsmanship on and off the field.
