‘TIS OUT NOW!
My EP titled ✨‘Tis of Thee✨ is a small musical nod to our history, with my arrangements of old American melodies. “‘Tis of Thee” means “It is of you”… a reminder that this country is made up of all of us as individuals first.

2026 marks the 250th anniversary of the U.S., so this is my way of reflecting on our country’s history.

This summer is partnering with the Chinese Jazz Association and Crescendo Music Center to host Jam! Jam! Music Week in Shanghai, China Aug. 11-17!!!
We have an incredible roster of musicians coming together from America and China to be a part of this! Participating students will perform at JZ Club, Shanghai on the last day!

Pasadena peeps! Sunday 12•15•24

Playing at my favorite house in Pasadena- The Gamble House- on the piano that no one is allowed to touch.
2-4pm solo piano • Free to the public to tour the house during these hours!

Tonight, playing a short trio segment to open up for the 26th Annual Jewish Book Festival. I’ll be moderating the author Larry Tye on his new book “The Jazzmen: How Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, and Count Basie Transformed America”
7:30-8:30pm at the Pasadena Jewish Temple and Center
Joining me is Lyman Medeiros on drums and Mark Ferber on drums.
