Going down the Kickapoo River? Try taking a sub down the river, they are portable and can fit in most sizes of coolers. I can put them in a waterproof bag to keep them dry…. Just to be safe.

WOW..! I want to thank every single one of you ( new and old) that stopped by the food truck over the 4th of July weekend. It means the world to me. You guys kept me absolutely busy. A special thank you to Alicia and Tiana. I couldn’t have done it without you. I appreciate you both. Also would like to thank my son and my husband for their help too.
