Congratulations, Jose, on your 5 year work anniversary!
Your hard work, dedication, and humility have made a lasting impact on everyone around you. You’ve consistently been a knowledgeable mentor and someone the team can always rely on for guidance and support.
Your recent promotion to Lead Technician for the North Orange County territory is well deserved and a true reflection of the leadership and commitment you bring every day.
Thank you for everything you do for the team, and congratulations again on this incredible milestone and achievement!

As Construction Safety Week 2026 comes to a close, we are reminded that safety is not just a campaign or a once-a-year conversation. For ACS, it is part of how we take care of our people.
Our field teams work in demanding environments, where the work is technical, physical, and often complex — which makes planning, communication, and accountability essential.
This year’s theme, All In Together, reflects what safety requires from every part of ACS. It takes foremen, technicians, project teams, service teams, safety leaders, office staff, and field leadership working together to recognize hazards, respond with the right controls, and respect the people doing the work.
As Safety Week wraps up, our focus remains the same: supporting the people who represent ACS every day and making sure they return home safely.

Respect is one of ACS’s core values, and on a jobsite, it shows up in practical ways.
It means keeping walkways clear so the next person is not stepping over debris. It means communicating before working above or around another crew. It means protecting finished work, maintaining access to equipment, following directions, and speaking up when a condition could put someone at risk.
For ACS teams, respect is also part of how we coordinate with general contractors, engineers, electricians, roofers, inspectors, and each other. Mechanical work does not happen in isolation, and safe jobsites depend on people looking out for more than just their own scope.
During Construction Safety Week, this year’s focus on Respect is a reminder that safety culture is built through everyday decisions: communicate clearly, work with awareness, and treat every person on the jobsite as someone worth protecting.
