The following is a real email from a real coach with a real, positive message. We would love to share it with you:

Dear LSW Wrestling Family,

I just wanted to drop all of you a quick note to wish you all the very best this Thanksgiving holiday. I've really grown to like Thanksgiving a lot, mostly because it remains largely un-commercialized. Despite what many might think, for me it remains one of the most relaxing times of year.

I hope you all find time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the company of families and friends. Despite some early season obstacles, things have gone very well, and you all should be very proud of the young people that you have raised. They are funny, smart, kind, considerate, and yet tenacious, competitive, and demanding of one another in a positive way. It's a dynamic that is often not found in the workplace, let alone on a team full of teenagers. However, you are obviously all doing something right. Thank you all so much for sharing them and their growth with me. It's always a very humbling and blessed experience.

Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to this wrestling program. We simply would be nothing without all of you. Have a safe and happy little break. Next week, competition phase begins!
