From the moment we met Carlee, we knew there was something special about her. Earlier this year, she traveled from South Dakota to attend our Built to Win event simply because she wanted to learn more about our people, our culture, and our mission. She made a lasting impression on our team long before she officially joined it.

A graduate of the University of South Dakota with a degree in Marketing, Carlee brings leadership experience, a passion for serving others, and a genuine ability to build meaningful relationships.

We're excited to have her on board and can't wait for our clients and partners to get to know her.

Two years ago, we adopted the median at 114th & Center.

At the time, it was one of the most overlooked spots in the neighborhood. We removed a truckload of trash, pruned trees, cleared volunteer growth, planted flowers, and started the long process of bringing it back to life.

Like most worthwhile projects, progress hasn't been perfectly linear.

For every flower that blooms, someone tosses a cigarette. For every area we clean up, a bottle, sign, fast-food wrapper, or some other surprise appears a few days later. It's often two steps forward and one step back.

But over the last two weeks, our team has spent more time working on the island, and it's finally starting to take shape.

The roses are thriving. The wildflowers are coming back. The trees are healthier. And what was once an eyesore is slowly becoming something the neighborhood can be proud of.

We share it because small improvements matter. Communities get better when people decide to take ownership of the spaces around them.

If you're stopped at the light at 114th & Center, take a look. It's still a work in progress, but we're proud of how far it's come.
