Are you a morning or afternoon coffee drinker ???

Welcome back to week 8 of The Compact Café and I am trying new fresh roasted coffee beans from a local roaster

Espresso machine is 3700 Essential from

Cup is from Churchwell Pottery on Etsy

Through this process of learning how to make better espresso , I have learned so much like the espresso machine doesn’t matter as much as the coffee grinder and coffee beans .

Also, if you can find a local roaster that puts their roast dates on the bag , it is worth paying a little more for. That being said , if all you can get is grocery store coffee , make sure to get the whole bean and grind them yourself .

I have been asked why I spray the beans and it is to help the coffee beans reduce static when grinding.

There is so much to learn about espresso and to make it better anddddd if I can learn this , you can too 🩷

If you are new here , I’m Christina , creator behind Rooted RV Life . I am a coffee loving, RV living , and still not a barista . Learning espresso just makes sense because you will more than likely find me with a cup of coffee in my hand . I live fulltime in an RV with my husband , Chad and our pets in Nebraska for 3 years .
