The summer fun continues at Lamplight! ☀️

Our Summer Camp Spirit Weeks are rolling right into July with four exciting new themes: Space Week, Community Helpers Week, Dinosaur Week, and Sports Week!

Each week will feature themed activities, crafts, snacks, and storytimes that help keep our learners engaged while creating opportunities for social interaction, communication, creativity, and lots of fun throughout the summer.

Be sure to stay tuned at the beginning of each week for more information about that week’s theme, and keep an eye on our page for photos throughout the month. We’re looking forward to another month full of smiles, learning, and summer memories! 💙✨

Adventure was calling, and our campers answered! 🏕️

Our first Summer Camp Spirit Week was a huge success as learners spent the week celebrating Camping Week.

From outdoor activities and nature-inspired fun to enjoying "roasted" s’mores with friends, every day brought new opportunities for connection, imagination, and engagement.

These shared experiences help foster communication, social interaction, and teamwork while creating an environment where learning feels exciting and meaningful.

Creativity in Action!🎨

There’s so much more happening during coloring activities than simply filling in spaces with color. In ABA therapy, coloring can help strengthen fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, pencil grip, and visual-motor integration, which are all foundational skills that support success in everyday tasks.

Activities like this also provide opportunities to practice following directions, making choices, and increasing attention to task in a fun and engaging way.

We love seeing our learners express their creativity while building important developmental skills! Coloring encourages self-expression, confidence, and focus, while allowing each child to work at their own pace and in their own unique way.

Moments like these remind us that learning can be both meaningful and fun, and we are so proud of all the hard work our learners put into activities like this each day!🌟

Water play is more than just a fun summer activity. In ABA therapy, it can provide opportunities to practice communication, social interaction, problem-solving, motor skills, and flexibility in a natural and motivating environment. Activities like these help learners build important skills while having fun and staying engaged.

We love seeing our learners explore, play, and grow during moments like these at the clinic. These are the experiences that make every day so rewarding! ☀️💙

We’re so excited to kick off our Summer Camp with themed activities, crafts, snacks, and storytimes our learners will love! Each week brings a brand new theme designed to encourage creativity, social interaction, imagination, and hands-on learning in fun and engaging ways.

From camping adventures to underwater exploration, superhero fun, safari discoveries, and bug-themed activities, we can’t wait to make this summer extra special for our kids!

Sunshine, sweet treats, and a little bit of “dirt” ☀️🍪🌿

Our learners had the best time making dirt pudding as we celebrated the warmer weather and all the fun that comes with spending more time outside!

Activities involving food and sensory play can be incredibly valuable in ABA by encouraging children to explore new tastes, textures, smells, and experiences in a positive and supportive environment.

It’s also a great way to work on communication, following directions, sharing, and independence skills while having fun.

We loved watching our kids learn, laugh, and explore during this activity!

Lamplight is officially turning ONE, and we’re celebrating with a free community event filled with family fun, outdoor activities, and exciting new memories. 💙

From bubbles and sidewalk chalk to playtime and connection, this event is all about bringing families together and celebrating the amazing growth we’ve seen over the past year.

We’re especially excited to unveil our brand-new playground! A space designed for our learners to have fun, explore the outdoors, and continue growing through play.

We’re so grateful for the support from our community and can’t wait to celebrate this milestone together! Everyone is welcome! 🎉
