God, may we learn to seek peace. Give us a desire to pursue you and your wisdom. Help us turn from our all-encompassing desires for novelty, for busy-ness, for control, for escape, for results—and give us true life in You. You promise refreshment, purpose, joy, and ever-deepening knowledge of you to those who seek you. Thank you for your promises.
Psalm 34:12-16
12 Whoever of you loves life
and desires to see many good days,
13 keep your tongue from evil
and your lips from telling lies.
14 Turn from evil and do good;
seek peace and pursue it.
15 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and his ears are attentive to their cry;

What would you ask God?

👆🏼This is the idea behind ASK—weekly conversation tables hosted by CSF every Thursday. We want to provide a space for anyone to seek answers to the deep questions of life, with the opportunity to hear a Christian perspective.
How will we go about this, you ask?
WEEK 1: open Question & Response time. We will also be providing LUNCH every first week of the month!
WEEK 2: read & discuss a Bible passage related to the monthly topic
WEEK 3: read & discuss an academic Christian source related to the topic
WEEK 4: read & discuss a literary source exploring the month’s theme

Our very first ASK meeting is happening this week. We’re excited to talk about what matters to you!
