Our first featured staff member shares: “I enjoy working at Community Alliance because the diversity of our staff and those we serve helps us connect with others. My whole team is made up of peers who have lived experience and it’s rewarding to watch them help people.”

We are proud to introduce Maelene Schuhmacher as our new Primary Care Provider! As a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of medical expertise, including a BSN from Minot State University, a master’s degree from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Nebraska Methodist College, Maelene brings exceptional knowledge and skill to our team.

She strives to bring compassionate care to those she cares for and to make a difference.

“I enjoy building therapeutic relationships and providing holistic care that enables the people that I am entrusted to care for to live healthier and enjoy better quality of lives,” Maelene expressed.

Outside of work, Maelene’s passion for Disney shines through as she enjoys spending time at Disney resorts and watching her favorite Disney films with her family. Join us in welcoming Maelene to our team!
