And a heads up: we’ll be at farmers market this weekend, but not the following one on June 14!

The forecast looks a little questionable, but honestly, what’s better than a flaky hand pie and a cup of coffee on a rainy morning? Feels like the opening scene of the Midwest sitcom we’ve all agreed our shop belongs in. 😉

Sweet strawberry jam, creamy cheesecake, and a sweet-salty pretzel topping that turns this pie into a memory.

🥔 Cheesy Hash Brown & Dill Casserole
Hash browns, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, and plenty of fresh dill. A longtime favorite for good reason.

🍯 Charcuterie
Genoa salami, Shadow Brook Farm cheese, and our house honey-fennel jam. If you know, you know. If ya don’t, you oughta!

Buttery brown sugar cinnamon filling wrapped in our flaky crust. Tastes like the coziest toaster pastry of your childhood in the very best way.

🍑 Peaches n Cream
Our vanilla bean custard folded with chunky peach jam. Creamy, jammy and very much giving early summer picnic pie.

🧄 Golden Garlic Hash Brown Casserole
Sometimes simple shines brightest. Cheesy hash brown potatoes folded with deeply garlic-infused butter inside golden flaky crust. Comfort food through and through.

🥓 House-Cured Pork Belly Scramble
This one’s for the books and one we’re really proud of. Our house whiskey-cured pork belly ~ sweet, herby, rich and succulent, folded with farm fresh eggs, Irish cheddar, Gruyère, and charred local spring onions that bring the whole thing to life. Honestly a journey for the palate. Limited quantity and likely available at the SHOP ONLY (NOT at farmers market) this week.

It’s Mother’s Day weekend! 💐

We’ll be stocked and ready all weekend long, however you’d like to celebrate ~ picnic-in-the-park pies, a full-on brunch spread of pies, or a 6-pack o’ pies for mom’s freezer (and yours while you’re at it).

🍳 Fresh Herb Scramble
A forever favorite ~ soft, creamy Briar Rose Farm eggs folded with melty cheese and a bright mix of dill, sage, and chives.

🥔 Loaded Hash Brown Casserole
Think loaded baked potato…but breakfast! Crispy smashed hash browns, smoky bacon, sharp cheddar, and chive sour cream, swirled with a roasted mushroom-onion gravy making for a deeply savory pie that screams comfort food.
