Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us why we love this work.

Courtney spent the day alongside New Visions Homeless Services and an incredible group of architects through AIA Iowa in Des Moines, reimagining how their campus can evolve to meet growing community needs. When demand shifts, our spaces have to shift with it — and that takes intentional design, collaboration, and a willingness to dig in.

We’re grateful to be part of conversations that move things forward and proud to support organizations doing meaningful work in our communities. ❤️❤️❤️

🚧 Big News! We’re thrilled to be partnering with Elevator, a Co-Warehousing Community, to bring a brand-new location to downtown Lincoln, NE this fall! 🎉

We’ve teamed up with some incredible partners — Brester Construction, Inc., Architectural Design Associates, and Advanced Engineering Systems — to make this vision a reality.

🛠️ Construction is officially underway, and we can't wait to share more updates as we go. Stay tuned!

Elevator is launching a new 25,000-square-foot co-warehousing and office space in downtown Lincoln this fall 🍂. Opening in the Atrium building, this will be the fourth location since Elevator's founding in Omaha in 2021 💻☕️.
