2022 Rentwise Courses
Rentwise class is provided by Seldin Company and is a program to help renters successfully obtain and maintain rental housing through education.
This is a six-module program with focus on:
• Communicating with the Landlord and Neighbors
• Managing Money
• Finding a Place to call Home
• Getting through the Rental Process
• Taking Care of Home
• When you Move Out
Due to the continued Covid 19 Pandemic, the courses are scheduled via Zoom from 1PM to 3PM over the dates listed below. We ask that you contact your management office a minimum of 1 week in advance to enroll in each course. At this time, we will provide you with the Zoom link and answer questions regarding the usage of Zoom.
