One year ago, TOAST officially became a brokerage.

One year later, we're incredibly proud of what has been built.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

What we're most proud of is the environment.

And the fact that 52% of our business came from relationships, referrals, past clients, friends, and people who believed in what we were building.

As we head into year two, we're continuing to invest in the future of TOAST.

We recently signed for an additional 4,000 square feet of space so we can continue to grow, collaborate, train, host, and build what's next.

And we're intentionally welcoming a small number of agents into that future.

Not because we're chasing agent count.
Because we're protecting the environment that made year one possible.
