Starting ABA can come with a lot of questions, uncertainty, and expectations.

Over the years, we've had many conversations with families about things they wish they had known at the beginning of their journey. Some of the biggest lessons have less to do with ABA itself and more to do with how progress often looks in real life.

Progress is not always obvious right away. It is not always linear. Sometimes the biggest wins are the hardest to measure.

Ashlea brings so much warmth, energy, and positivity to the U Street clinic each day. She is incredibly hands-on with her clients and has a way of making sessions feel fun, engaging, and supportive for everyone around her.

Whether she is pairing through play, celebrating big wins, or helping clients work through challenging moments with patience and encouragement, her care for the children she works with is obvious in every interaction. 💚

We are so lucky to have Ashlea on the Radical Minds team and cannot wait to continue watching her grow in her candidate role!
