Watermelon Gazpacho with heirloom tomatoes and cucumber from Long Walk Farm.

Avocado prosciutto with grated duck egg

Peanut butter ricotta

Veggie Mighty with herbed goat cheese, avocado mash, shredded rainbow carrot, and sunflower micro greens from Omstead Family Farms.

Bread pudding with peach topping, bourbon caramel, and vanilla bean ice cream from Coneflower Creamery.

Utmost Special for Week 14 is almond peach bread pudding with salted caramel sauce and whipped cream. The salted caramel sauce is 💣!!!

The rest of the Utmost Toast menu for week 14 of the Aksarben Village consists of seasonal veggie with Roasted heirloom carrot romesco, avocado mash, herbed goat cheese, carrot, cucumber and a choice of kale pesto or lemon miso dressing. Avocado Duck Egg Prosciutto and Spicy Avocado Duck Egg Jambon Americano both featuring duck eggs from Long Walk Farm and Fruit of Levine!!!
