Let me introduce Jim Tomanek 🎉
Jim has been a valued part of the Landmark team for over 10 years, bringing dedication, leadership, and plenty of laughs along the way. He currently oversees two large commercial complexes — one with 98 units and another with 50 units — and handles the responsibility with hard work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude every day.
Outside of work, Jim is a proud husband and father of three. He and his wife have been married for 10 years, and family is at the center of everything he does.
When he’s not managing properties, you can usually find Jim outdoors enjoying his favorite hobbies: hunting and fishing. He’s also deeply involved in the community, serving on both the Douglas County West School Board and the Valley City Planning Commission.
Known for his hardworking nature, sense of humor, and constant smile, Jim is someone who makes a lasting impact wherever he goes. We’re grateful to have him as part of the Landmark team!
