My spell jars are like little pieces of art! This one is no different ❤️ Rose, lavender, rose quartz, moonstones, vanilla, pink candle, and a pinch of salt!

I’ve been doing a lot of shadow work in preparation for this new moon, Shadow work, for those who aren’t familiar, I like to think of as therapy with yourself. It’s usually related to your inner child and shadow self (parts of ourself we deem as “unacceptable”). Common themes in my healing are feeling unloved, unworthy, and not enough. It’s an ongoing process but, with this new moon, I’m taking steps to welcome in all the LOVE! Manifesting a new mindset and setting intentions for a future where love is abundant!
