It is recommended by the NIH to get from 7 to 9 hours of restful sleep a night. Your body does so much repair and rejuvenation while we sleep, so help it out and give it time to do its' job!

Ok, I get that this is different from the other ones, but Momma Charmed has these two geese in her front yard that she crochets or gets outfits for and changes them through the year for the season. I feel that deserves some recognition!!! It makes me laugh with each new outfit, since they are so stinking cute!!! Laughter is the BEST medicine and you can get plenty of that at Charmed DPC.
