This morning I had the opportunity to spend time with Judy and receive my own BioGenesis session.

If you know me, you know how much I love BioGenesis. I love sharing it with others, but I also believe it’s important to receive sessions myself. We all need time to pause, reconnect, and care for ourselves.

Today’s session gave me the space to release what I was ready to let go of. I left feeling more balanced, grounded, and ready for the new adventure that begins on Monday.

I’m so grateful for this experience and for the reminder that we can’t pour from an empty cup. Taking time to care for ourselves allows us to show up more fully for the people who depend on us.
