The line for breakfast has just started. So far we have a camel, a dog and a duck. Who knows what’s next to lineup for Sunday breakfast at the famous kitchen of Rancho Grande.

This guy flew into our porch today to take a break from drilling holes in our trees. We say it’s a Male Red-shafted Northern Flicker Woodpecker.

Happy July 4 everyone a 250 year birthday is something to be celebrated and we hope everyone has a safe and memorable weekend. By the way, these are
eggs from our new chickens. They’re starting to get really beautiful eggs. They were little eggs for a while. We had many old chickens when we first started 11 years ago and we took care of them until the end and then restocked with a variety of new chickens. This is what we’re starting to get and we expect at least 7 dozen eggs a day when we’re all finished.
