This past Thursday, Amber Waibel and Keith Webb gave ~35 students from Youth Leadership Pasco a tour of the TouchPoint Medical HQ in Odessa. Youth Leadership Pasco is a leadership development program for high school students in Pasco County Schools that informs, motivates, and increases awareness through issue-oriented seminars and interaction with community leaders. Students must apply and be selected to the program on an annual basis, and selected students then participate in 5 monthly sessions to help them develop their leadership skills, including: Orientation and Team Building, Education Day, Government / Economic Development Day, Healthcare/Community Services Day, and Law Enforcement Day.
