You know it’s a good surprise when a newsroom manages to keep it quiet! Lauren Munt and Sawyer McElroy surprised me on air to celebrate my graduation from Odessa College!

Balancing college with crazy newsroom hours, early alarms, and everything that comes with the news business definitely wasn’t easy, which made the moment even more special. I’m so grateful for the people I work with every day and everyone who supported me along the way!
