Human Resources Clerk

Our business is seeking to hire a Part-Time to Full time ambitious, dedicated, and reliable Human Resource Clerk to support every aspect of our HR team. This individual will be responsible for both routine and non-routine day-to-day administration of our HR functions and will help HR management ensure the smooth running of the company. Will be required to pass a UA and Physical.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining and updating employee records
• Onboarding New Hires
• Review and update our time keeping system
• Printing, filing, scanning, copying
• Perform data entry
• Maintain spreadsheets
• Will assist with phones when needed
• Directs reception area traffic to help with applicants, mail, packages, vendors
Required Skills
• Organizing and prioritizing
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Quick learner
• Must be outgoing and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be bilingual
Education and Experience
• Experience in an admin role, preferably in HR
• Excellent computer literacy
• Proven track record of detail focus and accuracy
• Excellent administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team spirit and desire to learn
