Why would I need a Will?
Your will gives you the ability to let others know your wishes when you pass away.

What considerations can I put in my Will?
There are several components you can address, though your Will does not have to include all of them. These include:
Statement of Interment (how your remains will be taken care of)
Tax Apportionment Clause (will all taxes due be paid by the estate)
Designation of Personal Representative (who will control your estate)
Personal Representative Powers (what authority you want your representative to have)
Omitting Persons (who you don’t want to get any assets)
Payment of Burial Expenses and Debts (whether burial expenses and debts are to be paid by the estate)
Survival Clause (how to determine whether someone survives you)
Testamentary Guardian (who will take care of your kids if you die)
