Because of the vas number of Chihuahas and Chiweenies currently looking for loving homes we simply cant take them all in, so we are posting some currently for adoption at the Devore Animal Shelter in San Bernardino County in hopes that they can find a forever, loving home. You have to remember that Devore is an extermly high kill shelter and sadly the dogs are not allowed to stay there more then a week before being put down. If you see one you would like to adopt or even foster please let the shelter and So Cal Chiweenie Rescue know as soon as you can! The adoption fee is as follows at the Devore Animal Shelter: $85 for puppies under 16 weeks (4 months) and $95 for dogs over 16 weeks (4 months) the adoption fee covers the following: Vaccinations, Spay/Neuter Fee, Licenses (only for San Bernardino County residents)
Today in California, 1,369 perfectly healthy animals will die simply because there are not enough homes for them.
So Cal Chiweenie Rescue is now the safe home to a kitten pulled off of deathrow today at Devore
