No catch pan installed under the Air Conditioner in the attic space. Highly recommended as the condensate line can leak and lead to moisture damage to the ceiling area if left unchecked. You can see moisture stains from previous leaking at the condensate line.

This is a bad notch in the floor joist. Should not exceed 1/6th of the floor joist's depth. This is almost half of the depth.

Sometimes it can be hard to focus on doing an inspection when you have viewed like this.
