Hugs From Home

sk our community for items such as snacks (wrapped cookies, crackers, popcorn, candy, etc.), coffee, drink mixes, Top Ramen noodles, lunchable size tuna and chicken packs, packets of sugar and cream, shampoo and conditioner, band aids, aspirin, cough drops, lip balm, socks, safety pins, games (card and outdoor), toothpaste, brushes, AA & AAA batteries…..just let your imagination be your guide. Each 12x12x12 box contains 50-quart size bags filled with goodies, enough for 50 Soldiers/Sailors/Marines. Each bag contains a note from us; it is their touch with home. It tells them that we care. The troops find a use for each and every item we send, no matter how small or large, conventional or strange, they’ll find a use for it, and greatly appreciate it. Even something as simple as electrical tape! Our overseas troops go without proper food, shelter, and essential medical care every day due to their commitment to protecting us from harm’s way. With the generous support of people like you, we are able to make a difference in the day-to-day lives of our brave men and women serving overseas. The very least we can do is try to bring a little sunshine into their sometimes very, very cloudy days. We hope that you will favorably consider a monetary donation or material donation.
