1. Class Pack Option - 5 class credits for $75, that's only $15 per class, and these credits never expire. You don't have to use them in any specific time frame, so this option is best for someone with a busy work or travel schedule.

2. 30-day Intro Membership Option - 30 days for only $85, that's only $2.50 per class 😳 👏🏼 and you get membership perks like discounted Full Moon Event tickets and exclusive content on our mobile app. Take up to 2 classes per day, 10 classes per week, or 30 classes a month. That's a lot of yoga, for not a lot of money ❤️

We offer trauma informed gentle yoga, All level Vinyasa & Hatha, chakra yoga, yin, restorative, reiki, and soundhealing. A little something for everyone 😉 We focus on nervous system regulation and using our breath with body movements to nurture our human bodies, in whatever shape, form, or conditions they are currently in.

Are you curious about what all this "sound healing" stuff is about? Like, where did this stuff come from, is it like a religious thing, and how does it work exactly?

Maybe you have wanted to just try out playing with crystal sound bowls, but you have no idea where to start or how to even get a quality sound bowl? If that's you, then you are my people! Hi 👋🏼 I've been looking for you 👀 🙂 I have spent the past 3 years diving deep into the history, purposes, instruments, and various healing effects of sound. I've got real-life experience facilitating sound baths in public for the past 2 years, and I've learned ALOT. There is so much history, science, and mind-blowing facts that I'd love to share with you. I created a fun, interactive workshop for you that I think you will love. In this 3 hour workshop, we will discuss the history of sound healing, the scientific research on sound healing, the various instruments, thier purposes and their frequency, tips & tricks when working with sound healing tools (yes, you get to play with the instruments!) and we will top it all off with a luxurious and immersive sound bath experience 🌠 You definitely don't want to miss this.
