Baby girl was not feeling the sand and water on photo session day…so we pivoted! I always love when you get shaken out of your comfort zone. This spot was so pretty and this gorgeous family is always fun to work with. 💕

To say I am obsessed with this session would be an understatement. I am really trying to slow down at my sessions and tell the story of each moment. I love the dirty sandy toes and messy, wind blown hair. It’s those beautifully chaotic moments that make the best memories. I am always thankful for clients who trust my vision and direction on a session. Thank you Brenda, for traveling all the way to SoCal to let me capture your beautiful family. 🫶

Huge thank you to for hosting a shadow session last week. As a creator it’s easy to feel uninspired in the routine of sessions and editing. It can also feel lonely sometimes if you don’t have a group to connect with while pursing your passion. I love work! She is kind and knowledgeable. I was so excited when she opened up opportunities for photographers to shadow her for a session. I had such a great time meeting other photographers and talking all things photography. Huge huge thank you to .mcmahon for modeling for our group. She was so amazing to work with.
Day of, we almost cancelled as the sun was nowhere to be seen. You don’t always get ideal situations as a photographer and you have to learn to pivot on the spot. Enjoy some shots I captured on this gloomy, rainy day! I am obsessed with them. 😍
