Not only are we learning about Rezerva, but we are getting to witness their craft first hand today! If you’re not here, you’re missing out!
But this isn’t just any waffle.
It’s made from pandebono, a traditional bread from Valle del Cauca, Colombia 🇨🇴. Its name comes from an old estate called “El Bono” in Dagua, near Cali, where this delicious recipe was born over a century ago.
Today, we’ve turned that beloved Colombian tradition into a waffle, topped with dulce de leche.
