Car seats are for travel, not sleep.
Car seats keep babies safe on the road, but they are not safe sleep spaces once you arrive. If your baby is asleep when you arrive, be sure to move them to a flat, firm sleep surface like a crib, bassinet, or play yard to reduce the risk of suffocation or positional asphyxia.

When it comes to pool time, putting the phone down is crucial. Drowning is the single leading cause of death in children ages 1-4, but the good news is it's preventable!
According to the National Drowning Prevention Alliance:
• 23% of child drownings happen during a family pool gathering
• 50% occur within 25 yards of a parent or other adult
• 88% happen with at least one adult present
Remember this phrase: "Eyes up at the pool." 👀
Drowning is fast and silent. At least one adult’s full attention is the most important safety measure. This applies not only when children are swimming, but also when they’re playing near an unfenced pool.
➡ Your focus can save a life.
