Here we go again, time for a new menu. Where does the time go? It feels like I just posted a new menu. Anyway, this week has turned into a fan fave. Check it out!
Blackened Grilled Salmon — spiced TFC way and simply grilled. Served over jasmine rice and Asian stir fry vegetables.
Stuffed Pork Loin — whole pork loin stuffed with garlic herb bread crumbs, dried cranberry, and roasted Anjou pears. Sliced and served with blackberry cabernet demi glace, rosemary garlic mashed potatoes and herb roasted vegetables.
Felix’s Meatloaf — Nobody makes a better gluten-free meatloaf than we do. And our gravy is gluten-free too. Served with rosemary garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli aglio olio.
Cajun Chicken — boneless skinless chicken breast topped with sauteed onion, andouille sausage, poblano peppers, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice. Served with Spanish risotto and broccoli aglio olio.
White Fish Catalano - 6-oz white fish filet topped with sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, fresh basil and capers in white wine lemon butter sauce. With Angel hair pasta and herb roasted vegetables.
