Job Title: Flooring Technicians

Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team. This temporary position offers an opportunity for future employment based on performance and availability. Our private company, Apex Project Solutions, provides services to public schools, and we are experiencing a huge influx of work. The main responsibility of this role is to provide support and assistance in various capacities within schools, primarily with refinishing, sanding, demolition, and installation of basketball gyms, stages. dance rooms, etc. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment and materials in schools.
Carry and transport equipment, supplies, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Assist with transportation needs, such as delivering supplies between schools.
Conduct extensive walking within school premises to fulfill job duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company and school administrators.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Clean background check is a must.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Extensive walking required during work hours.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
Background in construction is a plus.

Pay:

Pay for this position is based on experience. We offer competitive compensation rates and will take into account your relevant experience and qualifications during the hiring process.

Duration:
This is a temporary position with the possibility of future employment based on performance and availability. The duration of the assignment will depend on the workload and may vary from several weeks to several months.
