That was the question I asked at last week’s WFF Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas.

Grace in the workplace.

Grace at home.

Grace in school.

Grace is not weakness. Grace is a sustainer.

Everyone that knows me knows that before I enter any room, I send God before me.

Recent messages from Paisley, who reached out seeking mentorship while pursuing nurse practitioner school, and from Lisette, who shared kind words of encouragement, reminded me that grace creates connection, builds trust, and leaves a lasting impact.
