Phase 1 of this great room build out complete. Pass through shelving for an expansive library that lets all that natural light in. Now onto the entertainment area displayed in the second photo.

Just finished transforming the 500 sqft upstairs of this condo by switching out the carpet for engineered hardwood flooring.
Quality features:
1. A custom, stylish return for the transition at the bottom of the stairs, as opposed to a straight cut off which is what most people would do.
2. Baseboards removed beforehand and reinstalled on top of new flooring instead of adding quarter-round.
3. Stair treads and nosings scribed tight against skirt boards and trim.
4. Joints staggered in a random pattern, not the cheap "stair-step" pattern.
